Contract Family Link

This page applies to: Conga Contracts

The Contract Family link in the Contract Profile displays the Contract Family browse screen showing the hierarchical relationship between the active contract and other contract agreements. The link is appended by a number, indicating the number of contracts in the contract's family.

To access the browse screen, open a Contract Profile, and scroll down to the Links section of the screen.

Contract Family hierarchy

Review the hierarchical relationships between root (top-level) documents like Master or Individual contracts to incorporated (lower-level) documents like Schedules, Service Agreements, Exhibits, and Amendments.

  • Link to any of the contracts in the family by clicking on their contract record. The active contract is displayed in dark red text.

The default setting is to display all contracts, but clicking   collapses the view to display only the top-level (root) contracts.

Status multi-select list

Make one or more selections in the list to filter contracts by status.

Agreement multi-select list

Make one or more selections in the list to filter contracts by agreement type.

Column display 

To customize the information in a browse screen, hover over a column heading until the  icon displays, and click on it to open the Sort/Column menu.  Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.

Reorder and Resize Columns

  • To resize a column, hover over the right or left border of the column heading until the resize  icon appears. Then, click and drag the border to the desired width.
  • To move a column to a different location in the browse screen, click on the column heading and drag it to the left or right, dropping it in the desired location. When the  icon displays, you are successfully moving the column.
