Addresses Link

This page applies to: Conga Contracts

The Addresses link in a Contract Profile is used to display the Addresses browse screen, which stores the addresses associated with the contract.  The link is appended by a number, indicating the number of contract address stored in the profile.

To access the Addresses browse screen, open a Contract Profile, and scroll down to the Links section of the screen.

Review the information for each contract address.


History icon

Click to view a history of the changes made to the contract address.


Copy to Clipboard icon

Click to display the Copy to clipboard prompt that allows you to  copy the contract address to another program or application.

To copy a stored contract address:

  • Simultaneously hold down the Ctrl and C keys on your keyboard to copy the highlighted address.
    • To copy only a portion of the address, click anywhere inside the window to remove the highlighting, and then use your mouse to highlight the line item(s) you want to copy.
  • Position your cursor at the appropriate location in the program or application, and simultaneously hold down the Ctrl and V keys.


Column display 

To customize the information in a browse screen, hover over a column heading until the  icon displays, and click on it to open the Sort/Column menu.  Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.

The Actions field must be selected or the and icons will not display.


Sort option  To sort the information in a column in ascending or descending order, click (toggle) on the column heading.


Reorder and Resize Columns

  • To resize a column, hover over the right or left border of the column heading until the resize  icon appears. Then, click and drag the border to the desired width.
  • To move a column to a different location in the browse screen, click on the column heading and drag it to the left or right, dropping it in the desired location. When the  icon displays, you are successfully moving the column


Edit Addresses button

Click to edit any of the addresses for a contract.

In edit mode, the contract Addresses screen provides additional functionality.



Show (Hide) Company Locations toggle button

Click Show Company Locations to display the Company Locations section of the screen listing the company's locations.


Add icon

Click the icon for an address to automatically add an existing company location to the contract.


New Company Location button

Click to add a new company location to the contract profile.


History icon

Click to to view a history of the changes made to the company location.


Delete icon

Click to delete a contract address.


Save button

Click to save your changes.
