The Addresses link in a Contract Profile provides access to the locations that have been added to its Company Profile. From the Addresses screen in a Contract Profile, any company location can be designated as the address to be used for the contract, including the primary location captured in the Address Information section of the Company Profile, or any additional location added from the Locations screen. When the correct contract address is not listed as one of the company locations, it must first be added as a new company location and then designated as the address for the contract. A new company location can be added from both the Company Profile and the Contract Profile, but when it it is added from the Contract Profile, it is not added as a new location in the Company Profile.
