When a Conga Contracts program user creates a document package using the Document Package Wizard, they add the documents that will be used to the package, and also identify the administrators, program users, and external participants who will be collaborating on the documents.
If you were selected to participate in the process, you will receive an email notification, inviting you to be a member of the document package. The email will have a subject line of Conga Contracts Document Package Invitation if you are a Conga Contracts program user, or Conga Contracts Portal Document Package Invitation if you are not a program user and access Conga the program through the Portal.
1. Review the document package information provided in the email message.
3. (Optional) Click the Go to Contract and/or Go To Company links in the message to review additional information in the Contract and/or Company Profiles for the document package.
