If you have the Clause Admin permission, you can edit any of the clauses in your Clause Library. When you revise the text in a clause, a revision record is automatically generated and the changes can be viewed from the Clause Profile screen.
1. Locate the clause you want to edit.
Click the icon for the clause to display its text and verify you are editing the correct clause.
2. Click on the clause record to display its profile.
3. In the Clause Profile screen, click Edit Clause in the toolbar.
4. When the screen redisplays in edit mode, update the information in the fields and lists, as needed.
If you updated the information in the Clause Text field, you can view the changes in the Revision History.
5. Click Save.
