A user with the appropriate permissions can adjust the start date for a scorecard, which determines when the email message is sent out, notifying members that they have been selected to complete a scorecard.
1. Open the Contract Profile containing the scorecard whose start date you want to change.
2. In the Links section of the Profile screen, click the Scorecards link.
3. In the Scorecards screen, locate the scorecard, and click on it to display its Profile screen.
4. In the Scorecard Profile screen, click Change Scorecard Start Date in the toolbar.
5. In the Change Scorecard Start Date prompt:
- Enter the date you want the scorecard to be available for completion in the New Start Date field, or click and use the pop-up calendar.
- Click Submit.
